Summer awakes our senses: let us benefit and teach our nose how to smell. The aim is to learn how to better control the wide world of smells and put down the "heart of humanity", as was suggesting Patrick Süskind... Such a perspective itches your nostrils? Let us meet during July at the InterContinental Paris for a total immersion in the backstage of the olfactory creation.
Sense of scents...
The word of scents is related to our past and our souvenirs. Coco Chanel never missed a chance to say: "A woman without perfume is a woman without future". Since all odours come from mysteries, the Intercontinental Paris offers to learn how to work out and memorize and of course use these smells. Lucky Parisians will discover at the beginning of the summer plenty of animations to practise and exercise their nose still novice.
Floral education
For your education, you would go from the Société Française des Parfumeurs to the Ateliers Parfums of Thierry Mugler. By discovering secrets of raw materials and of well-known essences, you could then create your own fragrance. After a journey organised by the centre Cinquième Sens, you will learn how to remember the scents with phytotherapy and aromatherapy thanks to the Occitane contest. Then, full of sciences and smells, you will not resist to the envy of perfect your nose's culture so you would logically turn towards the exhibition in the winter garden of the hotel...
