Domaine de la Bretesche
Surrounded by the soothing waters of a lake, the Domaine de la Bretesche is an elegant construction, nested in a natural park of 200 hectares, taking its name from the nearby castle. Located at the heart of the park, the Hotel de la Bretesche has come under the aegis of the Relais & Chateaux chain since 2003, and is located in the former out-buildings of the castle. Behind its walls and 17th Century facade, the place shows character. Beautiful bay windows give sight on the castle, with its towers reaching for the sky, the lake, a 18-hole golf course and a forest. The domaine is few kilometers away from the white beaches of La Baule, and the wild beauty of the Golfe du Morbihan.

The Hotel de la Bretesche has 32 rooms and suites. All rooms have views on the lake or the interior paved courtyard. All rooms and suites are contemporary with Louis XIV touches, adorned with prestigious fabrics by Manuel Canovas, Pierre Frey and Kenzo.
Restaurants :
Le Montaigu: One star at the Michelin Guide and rated 16/20 by the Gault & Millau Guide. The gastronomy is a mix between local gastronomy and other specialties from the Provence region.
Le Bar des Ecuries: located in the old stables, with exposed wood and subtle halogen lighting, playing classical music and providing free internet access. Tea and Scotch selection.
Spa :
The Spa of "la Cour carrée" has 6 treatment rooms. It offers massages (by targeted water-jet or zone therapy), aromatherapy... It owns the first infrared Sauna in France. Cares are provided by Cinq Mondes and Thémaé.
