Ciro’s La Baule: a new seaside dining gem at Hôtel Barrière L’Hermitage

After Deauville and Cannes, the iconic Ciro’s opens a new address in La Baule. Set on the beach of Hôtel Barrière L’Hermitage, this elegant seaside restaurant celebrates the spirit of French coastal living with refined marine-inspired decor and a gourmet seafood menu by chef Yannick Hochet.

Facing the Atlantic, Ciro’s La Baule brings the spirit of grand French coastal dining to the shores of L’Hermitage. Designed by the Friedmann & Versace duo, the decor evokes a chic yachting atmosphere with lacquered wood, brass accents, deep maritime tones, and shell-themed frescoes. On the beachfront terrace, guests enjoy chef Yannick Hochet’s refined take on the sea’s bounty — bay clams with seaweed butter, mackerel ceviche, Guilvinec langoustines, and Breton lobster linguine. The dessert menu echoes a French nostalgic flair, with warm mini-madeleines served in a playful bucket. More than a restaurant, Ciro’s is an immersive experience — from breezy seaside lunches to sunset dinners, immersed in understated luxury and ocean rhythms.
