Frivole Unlimited opening in June 2025

Set to open in June 2025 just off the Champs-Élysées, Frivole Unlimited promises to reinvent the dinner show with bold creativity. Conceived as a hybrid space where gastronomy meets performance, the venue entrusts its culinary direction to chef Fabien Ferré, Michelin-starred and former right-hand man to the Bras family in Laguiole. Known for his precision and expressive cooking, Ferré is crafting a liberated, sensory cuisine in perfect harmony with the theatrical spirit of the place.

A Gastronomic Vision Poised to Surprise

Rather than a static menu, Ferré will deliver a constantly evolving culinary performance, designed to echo the immersive nature of the venue. Expect dishes that surprise the eye and palate: Jerusalem artichoke mousse beneath edible veils, slow-burning soufflés, or veal tartare paired with seaweed illusions. Each plate is conceived like a scene — refined, unexpected, and choreographed to captivate.
