The Biltmore - Miami

Inaugurated in 1926, The Biltmore is still one of the most legendary addresses of Miami and South of United States of America. The hotel offers 273 rooms and suites, designed with good-taste and benefiting from great views on Miami, the hotel's swimming-pool or golf course. Two presidential suites are also available :



- The Merrick Suite (named after the hotel's founder) at the 15th floor, featuring three rooms (with their own bathrooms), giant windows, private elevator and balcony with view on Coral Gables.

- The Everglades duplex Suite featuring two rooms, a big living-room, a dining-room and kitchen

Restaurants :



The hotel offers four restaurants with a sophisticated gastronomy but also two bars and an Afternoon-Tea. All of the restaurants are carried out by Chef David Hackett, famous for his fine cuisine, the best of the region.

- Palme d'Or : gastronomic restaurant with view on the swimming-pool. The only five-stars AAA restaurant in Florida, it received the honor of Zagat Guide in 2013, under the direction of Michelin-starred Chef Grégory Pugin. Two private salons can welcome private events.

- Fontana : Italian gastronomy with amazing wine list. Romantic terrace with its wood fountain. You can also enjoy the "Sunday Champagne Brunch" here.

- Cascade : next to a cascade, the restaurant offers a view on the hotel's swimming-pool, gardens and golf course. The menu is really healthy with Mediterranean influences, made of organic and local products. You can also enjoy tapas, tropical fruits and juices at the Juice Bar.

- 19th Hole Sports Bar & Grill : the golf's restaurant. A classical menu to enjoy inside or on the terrace.

- Biltmore Bar : sophisticated bar next to Palme d'Or, top of the range alcohols and Happy Hours.

- Cellar Club Bar : coffees, teas, juices and pastries next to Fontana.

- Afternoon-Tea : the only one tea-time in Miami to discover close to the lobby, next to the fireplace. Guitars and harps.

Spa :



The Biltmore's Spa, sanctuary of serenity, spread over 1100m2 and inspired by Zen tradition. Water cascades, soothing colors, bridge made of bamboo, Tea and citruses olfactive atmosphere : pure relaxation from the beginning till the end. The Spa's menu features massages, body and face cares, wrapping, bathes, therapeutic exfoliations, signature rituals and holistic experiences working either alone, in teams or couples. Cares are also available in the garden sheds around the swimming-pool.
The Spa's boutique offers top of the range products (body, hair and face cares, candles, clothes...). A beauty salon is also opened for manicures, pedicures, make-up and haircut by Kerastase.

Activities:



- Culinary Academy : Gastronomic workshops with Jeannette Stefan-Ozga. Available for kids, adults and companies.

- Golf : 18-hole golf course designed by Donald Ross. Welcoming the "Junior Orange Bowl International Golf Championship" as well as one of the biggest practices from the South of USA. Equipment, coaches, therapeutists and classes are also provided.

- Swimming-pool of 2000m2 with nine private sheds (loungers, private shower, air-conditioning, private service...)

- Fitness Center of 1000m2 with modern cardio machines, free weights, muscle resistance rooms, 30 Matrix Cardio machines, more than 100 classes each week (Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Tae Bo, Body Pump...), private coaches, dietitians.
