Christian Lacroix offers up relaxed cuts aplenty for Fall/Winter 2012. Where others have only dared to explore the trend through suits, Lacroix designer Sacha Walckhoff has interpreted it through outerwear and largely left the cut of the house’s Autumn/Winter 2012 suiting alone. The collection is like a kaleidoscope that we “twist” at each new view, a metaphor of re-arranging of the existing to create a new version, from Postmodernism and the Late Eighties, it samples looks with humour and music to celebrate the multi-ethnic cultures of cosmopolitan cities.
