Champagne Ritz: it is majestic!

What would be the Ritz without the Champagne? Symbol over a century of the French perfection, the jewel of the Place Vendôme offers its guests eponymous Champagne. Since 10 years now, it has always been the Maison Jacquart which makes its nectar. From excellence to exclusiveness...

A palace, a myth

Legends work well at the Ritz. From Coco Chanel to Francis Scott Fitzgerald, from Marcel Proust to Greta Garbo, the famous guests have all stopped there, creating the myth of the Ritz beyond the French frontiers. "You must come here with the hope to forget, to meet, to discover..." said Ernest Hemingway, who was staying there during WWII, participating to the freedom in 1944. It was told during the war that Champagne was kept served for the Allies officers. It was served in big teapot, the proof that Ritz and Champagne were already a perfect team...

Putting on the Ritz...

We know that Anglo-Saxons have made the Ritz part of their usual vocabulary. The expression "Putting on the Ritz"(which is not used in french) is a good example. The most famous palace in the world refers to perfection, elegance and the idea of partying. 10 years of different Champagnes flown in flutes: Brut, Rosé, Millésimé 2000 or cuvée de prestige César Ritz. The nectars taste like raisins, hazelnut, strawberries or plums.  All these perfumes go with delicious cuisine of Michel Roth, the renowned chief. Special distinction to the Cuvée César Ritz: its body is gold, its scum is light... a fresh delight. Bubbles marked Ritz are only available for the palace customers and at the Lafayette Gourmet. It is also part of the exception...
