Saturday in New York City: let's Brunch at Clément!

Good news, the Peninsula New York's excellent restaurant called "Clément" is hosting a Brunch on Saturdays. A "must-test" for 56 dollars!

Perfectly located at the corner of 5th Avenue and 55th Street, at the heart of Manhattan Island, the Peninsula New York is taking good care of the new-yorkers by hosting a Brunch every weekend on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Even on Saturdays, you can taste Chef Kida's menu and Pastry Chef Deden Putra's delights inspired by the riches of Northern seasons. On the menu: omelets with vegetables, season grasses, Eggs Benedict with ham and smoked salmon, whole wheat muffins, butter waffles and chicken with maple syrup from Vermont.

Meals are also made of a lot of fresh salmon, chickpeas, pickled red onion, avocado toast on French sourdough bread. On the dessert side, you can find some Pumpkin and Sachertorte pies. Extra meals: Blue Island oysters from Long Island (15 dollars for half a dozen) Bloody Mary and fresh homemade juices (18 dollars...).
