Luxury, according to Philippe Grimbert

Philippe Grimbert is a psychoanalyst who published three essays: Psychanalyse de la chanson (Les Belles Lettres 1996), Pas de fumée sans Freud (Armand Colin 1999, Hachette Littérature 2001) as well as Chantons sous la psy (Hachette Littérature 2002). La petite robe de Paul, his first novel, was published by Grasset in September 2001. Un secret, the second one, has been critically acclaimed by both high school students and an experimented demanding audience. Claude Miller, the famous director, made a movie out of it in 2007, starring Patrick Bruel and Cécile de France. Luxe-magazine had the green light to ask Philippe Grimbert the three fixed questions on luxury.
How do you define luxury?
The luxury I currently experience is the aptitude to do thrilling things.
More generally, I associate luxury to the opportunity to practise a captivating profession.

What is the height of luxury?
Having brunch at the Hyatt Madeleine, and writing in my favourite place while waiting for an off-to-a-good-start evening.

Which luxury couldn't you do without?
My freedom of speech, and also that of writing to express my feelings.
