A symphony of colors on the menu of Mosaico, the new restaurant of the Hotel de la Ville by Rocco Forte Hotels

The Michelin-starred-chef Fulvio Pierangelini created a special menu for the new restaurant of the Hotel de la Ville in Rome.

Pure seduction of the taste buds as well as the eyes. The celebrated Italian chef Fulvio Pierangelini (awarded by the Michelin Guide) has created a colorful menu for the launch of Mosaico, the elegant restaurant complementing the two bars and the 'da Sistina' restaurant in the historical 18th-century palazzo atop the Spanish Steps: the Hotel de la Ville in Rome, one of the 12 exceptional hotels of Rocco Forte Hotels.
To fully enjoy your dining experience at Mosaico, the hotel's main restaurant, opt for a table inside, between the black marble walls, to experience the confluence of classical Roman romance and contemporary cool.

In this elegant and refined setting, flanked by the stunning open kitchen, you will savour a symphony of colors and tastes, orchestrated by chef Pierangelini, delivering a mosaic of culinary cultures. Although creative and innovative, simplicity is at the core of Pierangelini's work, using fresh local ingredients. The varied menu masterfully blends Italian Classics with inspiration from the Middle East, Asia and the Southern Mediterranean. An eclectic feast of taste and colour reminiscent of the intricate cultural exchanges in Rome over the centuries.

Desserts are designed to truly delight and range from chocolate pizza to gratinated raspberries and light zabaione. Mosaico's menu may be unusual for a Roman restaurant but you will be captured by the culinary journey in this magnificent setting of the Hotel de la Ville in the heart of Rome.
