Courbet offers ecological gold jewels, recycled, and cultured diamonds created in a laboratory. Amazing isn't it! You'll find the shop at the first floor of the main building. You can't miss it!

The "Yacht Club of the Hotel de Crillon" celebrates 100 years of Negroni!

From June 1 to October 4, 2019, the palace's Gabriel courtyard goes into summer time and becomes "the Yacht Club of the Hotel de Crillon" under the artistic direction of Alexandre Benjamin Navet who signs a great theatrical scenography! In collaboration with Campari, it celebrates the centenary of the Negroni, the famous Florentine cocktail. Throughout the summer, the Chef will offer an inventive menu with Italian specialities,. all served with a Negroni of course!

72nd edition of the Besançon International Music Festival

All the months of September are intense in Besançon, but the odd years are even richer, with the International Competition of Young Conductors, from presets in Berlin, Montreal, Beijing and Besançon, to the final tests that will close masterfully this year edition. It is Russian music that will be the guest star, with Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov, Shostakovich and the participation of the prestigious Russian National Orchestra.

Fauchon will open its second hotel in Kyoto

Fauchon Paris is, for 47 years, a mark of great notoriety in Japan. This is why the 5-star "Fauchon Kyoto Hotel" will open in 2020, in the Shimogyo-ku district. It will have 70 rooms and suites as well as a Fauchon bakery and a Franco-Japanese Tea Lounge on the ground floor. The reception, the Bar Fauchon and the Grand Café Fauchon, the hotel's gourmet restaurant, will be located on the 10th floor, with spectacular views of Kyoto and its legendary hills!
