Happy 15th Anniversary to Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme

Confidential and contemporary, the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is one of the most coveted 5 stars hotels in Paris, perfect for a cozy and sophisticated stay in the capital-city. Focus on the novelties celebrating its 15th anniversary with Luxe Magazine.

Before the Hotel, there was the House...

Place Vendôme always goes with celebration of French lifestyle and craft. In fact, if Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme has been opened since August 2002, the building used to welcome Maison Paquin, a Couture House that has contributed to Paris Couture global impact. Its founder, Jeanne Paquin, famous for her precious furs, laces and Signature Red, was the first female tailor made member of the French Legion of Honor in 1913. Today, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme cultivates its Haute Couture legacy and is the favorite hotel of models and bloggers during Paris Fashion Week.

Subtle renovations by Ed Tuttle

To celebrate this 15th anniversary, the American architect Ed Tuttle readjusted the design in collaboration with exceptional suppliers as Jim Thompson for the fabrics, Tai Ping for China woven carpets, Traditional Vimeu workshop (family company) for the exceptional taps and Oscar Nystrom (Saint-Tropez) for the lamps. The hotel also features mahogany, bronze and Paris stone. Moreover, being in the digital new era, the hotel has redone its automation so the clients can be connected all the time.

A new brand...

"5 rue de la Paix" is the new brand by Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, tribute to its historical address. Its main product ? A fragrance by Christophe Laudamiel (Clinique, Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie...), genuine olfactory signature for the Palace. Only perfumer represented by 2 Art galleries, he's the only one with fragrances belonging to institutional collections, from Grasse to Harvard passing by Cleveland, Bilbao and New York. Other surprise for the guests : new shampoo, hair conditioner and moisturizing cream line available in the bathrooms but also for sale in large-format.

Scarfs, ties and colorful rosettes made of pure silk in Italy are also proposed to every client. It's high time to book your stay to enjoy all of these novelties as well as gastronomic restaurants by Jean-François Rouquette Michelin Chef and the Spa with La Mer cosmetics.
