Surrealism tribute by Schiaparelli, giant Eiffel Tower by Chanel and jungle by Christian Dior, here are the prettiest fashion shows from the latest Paris Fashion Week dedicated to Haute Couture collections for Fall-Winter 2017/2018.

Chanel Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2017/2018



In March 2017, a rocket was launched under Grand Palais' nave to celebrate Chanel latest creations. For this new Haute Couture fashion show, Karl Lagerfeld decided to pay tribute to the most famous Paris monument by installing an Eiffel Tower, called the Chanel Tower, under the legendary skylight. Among the celebrities who attended the show : Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry, Ines de la Fressange and Claudia Schiffer. On the models, Parisian daring looks between large cuts, feminine suits, tweed everywhere, sequin, XXL pearl earrings, bowler hats, feathers and lace.

Christian Dior Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2017/2018



In Hotel des Invalides' Vauban yard, Dior installed a lush garden with giant animals sculpted in the wood, representing the several globe's continents, paying tribute to an engraved card found in the Dior House's archives by Maria Grazia Chiuri, the Creative Director. This Haute Couture collection features a lot of grey tones, leather pieces for an aviator look, Oversize trench coats for a spy look, a bit of satin, folded poetic dresses as a tribute to Dior ballerinas, glamorous cocktail dresses, some red pieces and transparency. As for the celebrities, we saw Céline Dion and Natalie Portman.

Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2017/2018



A fresh collection, unveiled on Place Vendôme, paying tribute to the House surrealist universe and to the era when Elsa Schiaparelli used to work with Cocteau and Dali. Among the strong points that have not gone unnoticed, embroidered lobsters, dance tutus, leather jumpsuits, puff sleeves made of Plumetis, corsets and fishnet.
