From April 12th to May 28th, Noma Mexico will welcome you under the canopy of the jungle, few steps away from the Mexican Riviera. The pop-up restaurant will serve original dishes cooked with love by René Redzepi and Rosio Sanchéz, paying tribute to local and indigenous Mexican ingredients.
