On the road for 5 years

This Stars, Food & Art gala dinner has been “on the road” for 5 years now. It began in 2007 in the Legend Amsterdam Grand Sofitel Hotel, and now tours the world. Its goal? The happy few should enjoy a unique experience in gastronomy, wine tasting and culture, part of the profits being sent to a charitiy. For this coming Spring event at the London St James Sofitel, the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia will benefit from your generosity.

The concept?

Each of the four chefs will prepare an secret emblematic dish: Raymond Blanc, owner and chef of the three starred Le Manoir desQuat’Saisons; Christophe Muller, chef at the L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges, a three starred restaurant founded by Paul Bocuse; Michael Moore, not the pot-bellied American movie maker, mind you! but one of the most revered chefs in Australia; Guy Krenzer, chef and Lenôtre creation supervisor.
Let’s bet pots and pans will dance along with their magic spoons!!! A discreet webcam will broadcast live what’s happening behind the scenes in the kitchen!
